LandedPrep is operated by CanConnect Group Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you create an account
- Your practice activity: which questions you've attempted, whether you answered correctly, your streak, and which categories you selected as your goals
- Payment status and provider identifiers needed to activate or restore purchased access; card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by LandedPrep
How we use it
- To provide the app's core features: authentication, saving your progress, and showing you relevant categories
- We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not run ads in this app
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Where your data is stored
Account, practice, and purchase-status data is stored using our managed cloud services. We share data only with service providers needed to operate authentication, storage, and payments.
Cookies
We use only the minimal functional cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@canconnect.ca. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain it by law.
Children's privacy
LandedPrep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
