Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact info@canconnect.ca with the email used for your LandedPrep account and a short description of the issue.

We consider duplicate charges, inability to access purchased features, and other payment or service problems. This policy does not promise automatic approval or a fixed refund window.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
