LandedPrep is an independent practice tool for newcomers preparing for driving tests, job-entry certifications, the Canadian citizenship test, and English practice. LandedPrep is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ministry of Transportation, IRCC, CELPIP, IELTS, or any certifying body. Completing practice questions on LandedPrep does not guarantee passing any official exam.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any way that could harm LandedPrep, CanConnect Group Inc., or other users.

LandedPrep’s original practice questions, explanations, platform design and other original content are owned by CanConnect Group Inc. Some questions are informed by publicly available authoritative materials, including government handbooks and study guides. Those source materials remain the property of their respective owners. LandedPrep content may be used for personal test preparation and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Founding Access is a one-time $9.99 CAD digital purchase, not a subscription. It includes all LandedPrep practice tests available at the time of purchase and updates to those included tests. New specialized products may be sold separately. An account is required to purchase and restore access. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

LandedPrep is a study aid. We don't guarantee that using it will result in passing any official test, exam, or certification.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

LandedPrep is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, CanConnect is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
